Intentional environments for wellbeing and connection.

Your space is always speaking

There is a constant dialogue between your inner world and the spaces you inhabit. Nama Spaces brings awareness to that exchange, using conscious design to create meaningful change, in your space, and in you.

Nama Spaces is rooted in three fundamental truths and the foundational principles of feng shui.

Your environment and your inner world are always in conversation.

Your outer world reflects your internal state. Your internal state manifests through the spaces you inhabit.

When you understand this, you inhabit your space differently. You begin to use it as the powerful tool it is. That is the work.

Your space is not a backdrop. It is a participant. Every object, every room, every threshold holds energy and communicates something.

Everything is alive.

Energy is never fixed. A stuck space can shift. A heavy room can breathe again. Transformation is not just possible. It is always available.

Everything is always changing.

Your inner world and your outer space are not separate. What happens in one is always reflected in the other.

Everything is connected.

I’m Aza and I created Nama Spaces as an integrated practice bringing together the built environment, conscious design, and the wisdom traditions of yoga and feng shui.

I bring over two decades of experience designing human-centered experiences and environments for organizations around the world. With a background in architecture, experience design, and service design, I have helped organizations understand people more deeply and create systems, services, and spaces that genuinely support human needs.

My lifelong study of yoga, meditation, and feng shui brings another dimension to this work — exploring how environments influence our sense of wellbeing, connection, and belonging.

I hold an architecture degree from Cornell University, a certificate in Interior Design from the Interior Design Institute, and a Feng Shui practitioner certification from the Western School of Feng Shui. I have spent over two decades working across industries with organizations large and small, helping them design environments and systems that genuinely serve the people inside them.

My inner work runs just as deep. I have maintained a dedicated spiritual and yoga practice for decades, including Hatha yoga, meditation, pranayama, and kriya practices of Isha Yoga, where I also volunteer. I hold a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate and a 50-hour Ashtanga Yoga certificate, and have studied with spiritual teachers across the globe, including Diana Christinson, Karen Kingston, and the Clairvision School of Meditation.
